Self-confidence gives you the freedom to make mistakes and cope with failure without feeling that your world has come to an end or that you are a worthless person ~Unknown.

Improving your self confidence is never an easy thing.  For many, it is a constant concept that consumes our everyday life.  Struggles regarding self confidence can be determined with concerns such as the following: “I know he [significant other] will not like if I gain a few pounds so I better watch my weight,” or “I wonder if she [friend] stopped listening to me because I was boring her to death.”  Basically, any thought that causes you to severely doubt yourself, no matter what, is a factor of having a low self confidence.

There are various sources of pressures which reinforce these concepts in our women.  With pressure from society, loved ones, etc, sometimes it’s a wonder if we have any self confidence at all, let alone be capable of improving it.  Low self confidence is something that is ingrained within many of us.  Take for instance, the concept of nurturance.  From the beginning of time, we have been encouraged to nurture our relationship with others.  If for some reason we are unable to provide such nurturance, or a person is unsatisfied with our nurturance, our self confidence begins to fall.  Low self confidence is something that is responsible for many of the challenges related to women, conflictual interpersonal relationships, depression, and suicidal ideation to name a few.  And though no one will ever be completely self confident, it can be improved.  If a low self confidence is something that you battle with, you might want to take a moment to look at the video below.  You are totally worth a self confident lifestyle and my hope is that this video will provide you with an increased ability to have it.  After watching, please let me know how this video can enhance your everyday life.  Good luck!
